Twelve of my favourite Indoor Planters

mid century planter cream

I’m currently spending too much time obsessing over planters with legs. Yep, I’m a total geek when it comes to such things. In fact I have just the one of my dreams which you will see in my living room with an upcoming post. Love the Scandi and mid century styles especially like this textured planter from Cox and Cox.

In the meantime I’ve picked out some of my favourites at the moment. They’re not always just an accessory for a room but can be an added piece of furniture. Something to keep long term and I think worth investing in, although you can get some really good looking ones for a very reasonable price.

planter cement style with legs next

I was really surprised to see this Cement Style Planter at Next. Only because the price is so good. Really like the industrial look and grey works so well with many other colours. What do you think ?

gold planter west elm legs

If gold is totally your thing then you might like these spun metal beauties. I am a total mag pie to anything shiny so they caught my eye immediately. A sure way to brighten up any area of the room. West Elm have such a pretty selection. They aren’t the cheapest but in my experience their products are made very well and worth every pretty penny.

planter legs

I think this triple planter would work really well in a contemporary space saving setting or maybe in a conservatory ? A great way to display more than one plant at a time.  Again they’re from West Elm … they offer great diversity in their pieces.

copper planter on legs

If you’re ever looking for something unique then this is perfect, right ?

Made by the Proper Copper Company for Not on the Highstreet it looks fab teamed with the pink pot – although it doesn’t come with it so you can choose your own one. You should also check out their own website for kitchen items. Stunning !

planters legs gold black cement

These nice big planters look inspired by the Victorian era but with a modern twist with the cement bowls ? Great for a period house or a room that needs a big plant on display. They are by the ever fabulous West Elm.

1. Terracotta Planter – Grattify at Not on the Highstreet 2. Vase Planters – John Lewis 3. White Ceramic  – Homebase 4. Cement Bowl Planter – Achica 5. Colourful Planters – La Redoute 6. Iron and Cement Planter – Maison du Monde.

Here are a few other ones in different styles and colours … told you I’m a plant geek :)

Hope you’ve enjoyed. Which ones would suit your home ?

I’m inspired! Going to clear some space somehow to fit a small one in a suitable corner – the triple planter would be fab with my scandi/mid-century style but might be a tad large!

Sue, so happy you feel inspired! West Elm seem to have quite a selection so might have smaller ones and I also noticed that Urban Outfitters have some nice ones x
